Aj was amazing and very responsive and respectful. I called him and came out to evaluate my washer machine the same day. Set my expectations on when the part would be delivered/fixed. The part was delivered early and he installed it the same day.

AJ arrived on time and gave me a professional estimate of the work to be done. While I was sure the fridge water line was leaking, AJ wanted to be sure, but access to the rear of the fridge was going to be impossible without some unorthodox tools and a belief in magic. In the end, it turned out to be a leaking 5 gallon water bottle that was on the floor. I truly appreciate his perception of the problem, and while I don’t hope I ever have a problem with an appliance, if I did I know who I would call…

I have used Aggieland Appliance Repair for the past 7 years and have always found them to be fast, professional, and charge a reasonable amount for the job. Recently the mini split HVAC system froze up in my guest house and, because no AC company could come quickly, AAR came the same day and determined the problem to be a dirty filter. The filter just needed to be rinsed off and reinstalled. What a relief! Thank you, Aggieland Appliance Repair!

AJ is the best! When our LG refrigerator went down another local company came out and said it was the compressor but they couldn’t do it because the new one required a software update only available through LG. Called Aggieland Appliance Repair and not only did they have the compressor on the truck but also was able to perform the software update that was required. We are back up a running thanks to AJ and Aggieland Appliance Repair. Our family will be using them for all future needs!

I made an appointment online with Aggieland Appliance Repair. It was late in the evening when they got here after a full day of extended appointments and they diagnosed the problem, a shot breaker. The next day AJ came back with the part and replaced. I appreciated them coming in the evening, even after such a long day. They were very communicative all day long with their timeframe and updated schedule. I will definitely use in the future for any appliance repairs.

AJ was wonderful. The circuit board of our 18 year old Whirlpool oven was defective. Whirlpool not longer sells replacement boards for our model. However, AJ sent the board to a repair outfit. A repaired board comes with a 3 year warranty and costs a fraction of what a new oven costs. Way to go AJ!
